Refund & Cancellation Policy – Think Tek Media
At Think Tek Media, we are committed to delivering quality digital products and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for all purchases made through our official website: www.thinktekmedia.in.
📦 1. Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, our executive will connect with you within 24–48 hours to confirm project requirements. Work begins only after mutual discussion, confirmation, and approval.
🌐 2. Digital Product Delivery
All services—including LMS websites, mobile apps, and backend setups—are delivered digitally via email, direct download link, or admin credentials.
🚫 No physical delivery is involved.
Download links will remain active for 30 days from the purchase date.
❌ 3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase only if development work has not yet started.
If any customization or backend work has already begun, cancellation is not permitted.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
💳 4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if cancellation is approved within 7 days of order placement, and if no work has been initiated.
No refunds will be processed once the project is marked live or delivered.
Refunds are not applicable in cases of:
Delayed client response
Change in client requirement
Incomplete documentation
All refund approvals are subject to internal review and management discretion.

We will process the refund within 3 working days.
💳 Credit Timeline
The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, etc.) within 3 working days after processing.
Actual credit time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment gateway.
